As early as you can. We schedule installs in the order people sign up, so booking early gets you more choice of dates.
The crew tells us before they start, and we text you the new price. Nothing extra is installed or charged until you say yes. Approved extras are added to the balance charged after install. If you would rather not add them, we install what you booked at the price you booked. You never pay the crew directly.
Takedown is priced separately, by the height of the home. Add it in the cost estimator on this page and we come back after the holidays to take everything down. The takedown price shown is a starting price for a typical display. Storage is available.
No. We can supply the lights, or install yours. If you provide your own lights, a 25% deposit books your install date. If we supply them, the deposit is 50%.
The balance is charged to your card on file 48 hours after install. If something isn't right, we hold the charge and fix it first.
